Why Use Billet Braided Hose Separators?

If you have multiple hoses running in your engine bay, such as oil cooler hoses, you will know how annoying it is to get them to go the same way and stay perfectly parallel.

To solve this, we have billet braided hose separators, which bolt to both hoses and keep a perfect even spacing between them to ensure they do not rub against each other and have that ideal aesthetic look.

Our braided hose separators are meticulously crafted from high-grade 6061 billet aluminium, ensuring superior durability and a polished appearance. They are then anodised in black, blue or red to be incredibly hard wearing and for strength.

These separators are specifically designed to streamline the organization of oil, fuel, and water hoses, keeping them away from moving engine components.

It's not uncommon for multiple lines to be routed near one another, which can cause rubbing or chafing and lead to leaks. Thankfully, our AN dividers are engineered to prevent such issues by maintaining the perfect spacing between hoses, all while adding a sleek and stylish touch to any engine bay.

Although these separators have been machined specifically for AN hoses and lines, they can be used for any application, provided they are the correct diameter (check the specification table below).

Braided Hose Separator Installation Guide:

Follow our easy step-by-step guide below to get up and running with your braided hose separators as quickly as possible. If you are unsure of any of the steps here or are not confident installing them, please get in touch with a professional who can assist.

1. First, measure the lines you want to install the separators on to ensure you have the correct size divider.
2. Remove the hex Allen key from the centre of the billet hose separators.
3. Place the halves around the two pipes, lining up the centre section. At this point, ensure that the 2 hoses are both seated correctly and aren't too slack or too tight.
4. Place the hex Allen key back in the hole and tighten it.
5. Repeat this process for however many separators you need to install.
