Exoracing Civic Eg Radiator Stay Installation Guide:

Follow our easy step-by-step guide below to get up and running quickly. If you are unsure about any steps, please get in touch with a professional who can install them. Alternatively, hit the video tab above the description to watch our installation on a Honda Civic EK 96-00, but the process is the same for a Honda Civic Eg 92-95.

1. Firstly, ensure the civic radiator is cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns when installing our bracket.
2. Remove the 10mm bolt holding on the old radiator stay bracket and remove it from the radiator.
3. Remove the rubber grommet inside the old radiator stay and install it in the new Exoracing radiator stay.
4. Place the radiator stay over the radiator and move it into place. Put the bolt through the washer and start bolting it down.
5. Torque the bolt to a maximum of 5 Ft/lb; any more than this could potentially round or break the bolt.
