Exoracing Extended Stud Kit Installation Guide:

Once you have your brand new Exoracing parts, follow our easy, step-by-step extended stud installation guide to get up and running as quickly as possible.

1. First, remove the old rusted studs or bolts from the cylinder head, leaving a few in, finger tight, to hold the inlet or exhaust manifold in place.
2. Next, install the Exoracing extended studs using an Allen key or hex socket in the tip of the stud.
3. Tighten as far down as you need them into the cylinder head.
4. Put the high-temperature washers on each stud, then thread on the nuts, tightening them as you go.
5. Do a pass over every nut to ensure they are tight and you're ready!
6. As a side note, check the nuts after a few heat cycles, as they might expand and contract due to heat and potentially work themselves loose. Now you're all finished, tag us in any photos you have on social media as we would love to see them installed.

Although this is purely a Honda fitment table, these studs have been known to fit any car with an M8x1.25 thread, which is the case for most Japanese cars from the 90s and 00s.

Notes:

• Please make sure to retighten the nuts after a heat cycle; otherwise, you run the risk of the nuts coming loose.
