Exoracing Titanium Water Pump Housing Bolts Installation Guide:

Follow our quick and easy steps below to install your brand-new titanium water pump housing bolts as quickly as possible. If you are unsure about any of the steps below, please get in touch with us or a professional who can assist you further.

1. First, ensure the engine is cool to the touch to avoid the risk of burns.
2. Locate the water pump and remove the nut on the top right. Install the Exoracing titanium nut on the stud and tighten it to hold the water pump in place without leaking coolant.
3. Remove the 3 bolts one by one and install the titanium bolts before moving to the next one. Follow the same tightening method as the nut to prevent coolant leaks.
4. If you have to remove the water pump for any reason, use a small but full coverage of the Genuine Hondabond to reseal the water pump housing to the block.
5. Now, torque the bolts and nut to the factory specification of 33 Ft/lb, and you are all done!
